About us

A community-rooted medical mission bringing compassionate care to people who need it most.

Our story

It started with a simple question: who is caring for them?

Misambi Medical Mission was started in 2025 by Bishop Ezekiel Oginga of Oriang' VOSH Church in Misambi, Homa Bay County.

The first people we cared for were members of the church congregation. Word spread quickly, and the mission soon opened its doors to the wider community around the church. Since then, more than 50 volunteers have joined us to hold 30 medical camps and treat 100 patients, and more people continue to come forward to serve.
